You may want to reconsider using Mountain Air and Heating. I called them to get a quote for a new HVAC system. They came to the house and provided a ridiculously high quote even on today’s standards. Johnny said he’d send someone out to see if only the furnace could be replaced instead of the entire system to help lower the cost. He sent a guy out who was unable to replace just the furnace. The following day, Mountain Air and Heating sent me a bill for $525.25. Since I did not request any service, I immediately called them to remove this charge. They “apologized” and changed the bill to $99 for a service call. Again, I did not request any service for an HVAC system that I was planning to replace. He also gave me a list of other HVAC dealers and said he’d match their price and give me a $600 allowance on my air handler since it was only 5 years old. He lied about other competitors not having licenses and doing shotty work, so he said he wouldn’t match their quotes. Since I had

We have used Johnny for years to work on all of our heat and air needs. Just recently we had a unit go down at a rental house, Johnny and his technicians arrived quickly and had it back up and running just a little while later. I would highly recommend his company!
