We have been utilizing Ambient Services since early 2022, when we purchased our first cabin in Sevierville. They have saved our butts more than once when something stopped working either while we had a guest or one arriving soon. Ambient has NEVER let us down and we can always count on Lisa to coordinate their team flawlessly! Ambient is a great HVAC/Plumbing/Septic service. The one-stop shop makes it easy, and they always pickup and can manage the call. Highly recommend. They have been essential for the 2 rental cabins I manage in the area. I have used for many different issues, all resolved with Ambient. Worked with them on an electrical project that involved them re-wiring one switch (which turned into 5, since my previous messing around had screwed something up). All that, and they still had a perfectly reasonable price, compared to some of the corporations around here. They also offer plumbing, and while I've yet to use their services for that, their plumbing representative was straightforward and very reasonable with their pricing as well, when asked for a quote for an upcoming project.
