He came out to replace our old water heater. Had a bunch of plumbers over the years in various places. Frank Croce at One Service Pro in Seymour TN is one of, if not the best we have ever had. He actually loves plumbing and sharing his expertise. He is very polite and knows these systems and maintenance issues better than anyone I’ve met. We’ve already decided to have him back out at a later date to fix some other minor but nagging plumbing issues. Service: Water heater installation
Our tech, David came out to give us an estimate, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept us from spending more than we had to and provided a solution that fit our needs and budget.
