Charlie was great! He was polite and professional every moment he was here. While showing him the wiring underneath the house… he noted the old wire that ran to the prior stove. He checked it and found that it was hot. He immediately cut the power and explained the situation. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I agreed with any cosmetic changes that needed to be done. David Branch did a wonderful job for us. We needed an outlet in our pantry. He was exactly on time, very knowledgeable about the wiring route and did a beautiful job and even cleaned up.
