At the perfect time of 5 am on Tuesday 1-18-22, I found that my water heater was not working. Having to get ready for work just hit a massive speed bump. I went straight to Lowes and bought a water heater and all of the necessary attachments to install it. I checked my water heater and due to some unusual plumbing of my water heater which I had never seen before, I felt like it would be a better idea to get a professional who knew what they were doing. I called several plumbers in the local area including Mike Rose Plumbing. Some called back, most didn't. The ones that did call back were booked out for days and weeks, or I had to purchase their specific water heater brand to get installed. I then received a call from Nick Rose. Mark was great to work with. He replaced the effluent pump inside my septic tank and brought it up to current code. He was great at explaining the changes he was making to my system and why they were important, and he was friendly and easy to work with. The installation was done very professionally.
