10/10!! I had a main water line leak, pretty bad leak. I had “Tennessee Standard”, “HEP”, & 1 more of the big plumbing companies here in Knoxville come out to give me a quote ( I paid $$ for each individual quote, about $100 each). The quotes came back in this order: Tn standard: 14K HEP: 11K the other big company: 9K …. They all proposed the same 3 solutions. Luckily my fiancé got Chris’s # from his wife and he came out there and did what the big companies didn’t want to do, THE RIGHT THING. It ended up being a leak that was able to be repaired locally at the site of the problem, so Chris came and worked late hours 6-8 p.m (because it was a pretty big problem that needed to be solved asap) and he got it knocked out in only two hours!!! Excellent work, I ended up paying ONLY 1/10 of what I was originally quoted by the 3 big plumbing companies here. Less than 1K!!!! I could not believe it and could have cried I was so relieved lol. 10/10 recommend, I cannot say that enough. Service: Out
