I love the clear communication before the appointment. I had complete information of what the work was and how long it would take and what I would be charged. The text even included a photo of the electrician who was going to do the work. Marco did a perfect task and we will be be inviting him back to do more projects. Alan was polite and honest in explaining the job and his pricing. They did a top notch job, left the site clean and accommodated my schedule. Their communication and punctuality could improve though.
