We have two multifamily properties in Dallas. One recently required major renovation to an entire building from roof, exterior to entire interior. J National has done a great job for us allowing the units to be upgraded to A class. There are other projects that J National have been and will be helping us from electrical, plumbing, concrete, drainage, carports to units rehab. Their work has been of good quality and their value is good. We find Jay, the owner, and Ed Austin, his senior site estimator, to be friendly, easy to work and communicate with.
