Alphatek was sent to me by my insurance company after my heater broke, The guy was very respectful, he understood what the problem was very quickly and explained to me. He also came back with the part and got it done in a very reasonable time .
Alphatek was the second company we hired when our A/C went out after the first company tried to replace our entire unit with no information as to why.
