As my warranty company asked for over $2300 to repair the coil that was leaking, I started looking to replace the whole system instead..Alphatek provided me with the system that I needed in less than a week, when others would ask for 3 weeks and more. Price was competitive and service was great, on time, and they were true professionals. The whole job was done in 4 to 5 hours and they Covered all exposed surfaces and cleaned after themselves. Given that my second unit is of the same age and I expect it to also fail soon, I will go ahead and order the 2nd unit as well. Those guys are great and I definitely recommend them.. We had a problem with our air conditioning unit, and we heard about Alphatek and decided to give them a call. They were very friendly over the phone, and came right when they told us! When they came to our house, they were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. They were quick but did a good job, and now our air conditioning is working better than it ever has. Very reasobly priced, trustworthy, and convient. Highly recommend!
