I was more than impressed with DT Air Conditioning and Heating. They were earlier than expected and fixed my issue in less than 20 mins. The technician Zee was friendly and professional. I signed up for the yearly maintenance on the spot. I can't recommend DT Air Conditioning and Heating enough. Solid customer service. These folks have always done great work for me, knowledgeable, honest, and great value. Both for "my AC is dead" call, and the annual preventive maintenance. Actually feel like I'm really getting a worthwhile service tune up, and not spending money for 5 minute tune up and 30 minute sales pitch you get from other companies where the service techs are on commission. Most other companies I've signed up for semi-annual AC / Heater maintenance, they spend 30-45 minutes at your house and then present you with a list of $6000 worth of the stuff they want upgrade? Super start capacitor, attic ladder insulation, vent clean out, etc., etc. In some cases there is so much time creating this list there is no way they actually gave my AC / Heater unit a proper once over. Here's the exact opposite. 18 months ago I pre-paid for 2 visits from DT Air Conditioning and heating, but only used one of them. I forgot, never called them for my second tune up.
