Called Finesse Construction regarding a leak that just appeared in our living the room last night. Left a voicemail at 4:30ish PM for the office to call me back. Less than an hour later, Zach Welsch (spelling may be off) showed up to our residence. He was a super cool dude, came in and looked at our ceiling and then climbed up on our roof and caulked a bunch of spots that may have been the cause of the leak. He did a terrific job of showing us the spots via the pics he took up there of what he had fixed, and explaining what may have caused them. Finesse Construction put the roof on our home about two months before we purchased it last year, and we have had a couple bad hail storms since purchasing, so minor damage is to be expected. I cannot thank the team at Finesse Construction for helping me with my new roof! It looks so amazing! Robert and Jason were very responsive to all of my questions and never hesitated in contacting me back with all of my texts and emails. The process was fully explained in detail as well as the timelines. My house was lacking a couple of things such as flashing and rooftop ventilation which Finesse helped me out with as well. I am beyond grateful for all of their help and I will definitely recommend them!
