In-House Plumbing Company

We used this company for our repair work when we discovered a leak under the house. Everything seemed okay at the time but then we discovered what a poor job they did backfilling underneath our house! They came out once to add more dirt but it was not enough. When we reached out again for help (during a remodeling project we are still in the middle of), they refused. The sales person Chris came out to our house and was very rude! He offered no solution or apology to us, nor explanation of why the issue was not addressed earlier. Buyer beware: The dirt that was hauled away from the original project was our dirt, why would you not put it back once the new pipes were installed? Chris came out and gave a bid to replace the cast iron under our house. He was very thorough and professional. Made sure everything was explained clearly. We haven't moved forward with the process yet, but I expect the quality would be exceptional. I have seen a neighboring house and their work on-site was very impressive.

Update: they will not fix at no charge. They will fix at their normal price after completing their first job (outside of the inspectors view) poorly. They will do work that breaks in 14 months and then charge full price for work that could have been done well on the front end. Would recommend working with advanced leak and line locators who were honest about the work all the way through. Original: We discovered an issue under our house impacted by a connection made when In-house plumbing replaced our sewer lines. While the majority of the work we paid for 16 months ago is still holding great, this connection under the slab is leaking ~80-90% of the water coming out of the kitchen sink following an independent plumbing test. You can visibly see the connection in the picture attached that is done incorrectly using three 90s under the slab to make the final connection to the kitchen sink.
