I had been struggling with water temperatures in my home that were not consistent or hot enough consistently for dishes, laundry, and showers. Michael came to my home to do an assessment free of charge, and discovered that my two water heaters were not working in conjunction with each other properly. He explained what he thought was wrong, adjusted the knobs on both, and went on his way. He was there for only a few minutes, charged me nothing, and resolved months’ worth of headaches in my home. We were having a guest come and realized the guest bathroom was not flushing. I called Michael’s Master Plumbing and they had someone at my house within an hour. Chase arrived - he was super friendly. After looking at at our toilet, he said it was an easy fix. He had the toilet working in less than 5 minutes and didn’t charge us. Another awesome job by Michael’s. They came in and installed a toilet for us that we were having trouble removing. They were in and out quickly and left no trace. They also were advising us on a water heater installation. I always feel like they are honest and don’t try to upsell us. We decided it wasn’t in our best interest to install a new heater at this time. We always trust them to give us good advice and to do great work.
