I will only use Michael’s Master Plumbing services now and encourage everyone else to also use Michael’s Master Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I had an issue with my garbage disposal and a leak under the kitchen sink. I called and Michael’s Master Plumbing said someone will be here soon and they arrived the same day within within 2 hours. The plumber that came to my house was Michael. His knowledge is amazing and with one look he knew the exact problem. Michael provided incredible customer service with reasonable pricing. Michael (and all employees at Michael’s Master Plumbing) really cared about me as a person and ensured my plumbing problem will not reoccur and cause a disaster at a later point. Another awesome job by Michael’s. They came in and installed a toilet for us that we were having trouble removing. They were in and out quickly and left no trace. They also were advising us on a water heater installation. I always feel like they are honest and don’t try to upsell us. We decided it wasn’t in our best interest to install a new heater at this time. We always trust them to give us good advice and to do great work.

I had been struggling with water temperatures in my home that were not consistent or hot enough consistently for dishes, laundry, and showers. Michael came to my home to do an assessment free of charge, and discovered that my two water heaters were not working in conjunction with each other properly. He explained what he thought was wrong, adjusted the knobs on both, and went on his way. He was there for only a few minutes, charged me nothing, and resolved months’ worth of headaches in my home.
