During the severe winter temperatures Texas had to endure many of us had lost our power and water. I left my apartment along with my partner to ensure his parents were safe as they are older. While we were there a pipe bursted and flooded the first floor of their home. We scrambled to drain and mediate what we could that entire day. We were exhausted and without water. I spoke to Omar and he helped us entirely. I appreciated his patience, understanding, and urgency. After the spring hailocalypse of 2019, I just knew my roof was literally on its last leg. Everyone in my neighborhood had sign after sign after sign of roofing companies. It was all really overwhelming. As a single homeowner, I had no idea where to start, but as an old aging millennial, I knew I could turn to ole trusty google to get a start.
