Update Aug 2023: Jeff provided excellent and timely services for us with three different issues in the last two weeks! He is great at explaining the situation and options for repairs. We continue to be very thankful for Thorough Plumbing! April 2023- Jeff and Andrew were wonderful! Came to the rescue at my parents’ home. Found the leak and repaired it, and installed a new dishwasher. All of their work and communication was very professional and efficient, yet still very personable. Jeffrey did a great job helping us out with two stopped up sinks in the girls bathroom. Got to us in a couple of hours and figured out the issue with the clog and the AC condensation. Highly recommend. Service: Drain cleaning

Jeff and his apprentice were great! They replaced our water heater today with an industrial equivalent. Very knowledgeable and took the time to show us how to properly maintain it and adjust the settings. They even hauled off the old one for us and left zero mess behind. Highly recommend!
