Really enjoyed working with Sam. Not only was he extremely professional, he was very easy to work with. Always very easy to contact and he was very concise about explaining the process. Probably the best contractor I ever worked with.
Sam was super helpful with our roof issue. We had a leakage and were in panic thinking it was a big roof issue but when Sam visited us, he was honest in his recommendation that we don’t have to replace the room and he put sealant to cover the leak and the problem was solved. Very rare to find a roofer who can provide such a genuine service. We fully trust Sam for our any big roofing needs the next time!
Sam from Pioneer Roofing checked my roof and found no hail damage even though other roofing company told me my roof had bad hail damage. I believed Sam because he is very honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable about roof. I highly recommend Sam !!
