All-Star Heat & Air

They had to install a whole new heating and air conditioner for us. The air conditioner had to be installed on the roof with the existing one removed. They could have used a crane to make it easier but used another option to save us money. The heater was in the attic. They had to cut our attic access bigger to get the new unit in. They finished everything out perfectly and quickly. They were very professional and lots cheaper than the other bids I received. They also showed up when they said they were going to which means so much !!!! They are our go to company !!!!! Service: Heating system installation

I have three elementary aged children in the 102 weather in our home. They took 5 days to just come out and do an assessment. I do not recommend for anyone. To respond to the response from the owner. This comment is regarding the time it took for the diagnosis. This was not regarding the warranty, but the amount time it took for the company to come to my home and perform the testing. As the weather outside is reaching high temperatures. Please read the comment throughly to understand the complaint.

Our a/c was blowing hot air and our home warranty company called All-Star. They were here the next day and worked around my schedule. Colton and Austin (and the owner whose name i don't remember) were very nice and professional, even when I openly doubted that they had diagnosed the correct problem (I know, I know...). Well, they were right, I was clearly wrong, and my house is cooling down as I type! I will definitely call them again if we need any other repairs. Service: A/C system repair
