All-Star Heat & Air

They had to install a whole new heating and air conditioner for us. The air conditioner had to be installed on the roof with the existing one removed. They could have used a crane to make it easier but used another option to save us money. The heater was in the attic. They had to cut our attic access bigger to get the new unit in. They finished everything out perfectly and quickly. They were very professional and lots cheaper than the other bids I received. They also showed up when they said they were going to which means so much !!!! They are our go to company !!!!! Service: Heating system installation

Our a/c was blowing hot air and our home warranty company called All-Star. They were here the next day and worked around my schedule. Colton and Austin (and the owner whose name i don't remember) were very nice and professional, even when I openly doubted that they had diagnosed the correct problem (I know, I know...). Well, they were right, I was clearly wrong, and my house is cooling down as I type! I will definitely call them again if we need any other repairs. Service: A/C system repair

We've had Allstar show up 2 times now to fix our ac in this hot weather. Both times he said it was a different problem. First was that our piping was to small for the unit and too much freon in the system. Yesterday all of a sudden we have the wrong freon in our system and said we have to replace the whole system. For one we have cold air, there's just no airflow. My wife had told him that we think it's an airflow problem when she was on the phone with the company. My guess is he just came up with some excuse because he probably didn't know what he was doing. Either that or he didn't want to take the time to actually figure out the problem. Also my wife, her dad and the home warranty place all tried calling them with no answer. If it wasn't for the home warranty place calling them again they probably wouldn't have shown up or even returned any calls. Allstar is a complete joke. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
