Allens Tri-State Mechanical

5th time I use Allen's. 3rd time disappointed with their service. On this occasion, I called them out to unstop a grease line. Two technicians arrived. The 1st technician had to leave right away because he had to pick up his paperwork in order for me to sign a liability release form. The 2nd technician couldn't start work until the 1st technician arrived. We don't mind paying them for the time it takes them to do the work and the time it takes them to pick up and drop off the jetter truck. But we do mind being charged 30 mins to an hour for the time it takes the technician to pick up the paperwork from the office because he forgot. He did not like when we told him we won't be paying for that loss time. He got upset and left as if it was our fault he forgot the paperwork. I then called their office and explained what happened. My dryer was making a noise that was a nuisance, but it still worked. I put in a call and Allen’s sent out a very young man, but as long as he could do the job, that didn’t matter to me. Well, he couldn’t do the job. He was clearly a beginner carrying around a nice toolbox. He attempted to dismantle my dryer and had to google every step of the way. He kept looking at the time and said he was off at 5. That made me even all the more nervous. He never did figure out what the noise was and I had a heap of my dryer sitting in my floor. He quickly started re-assembly of parts and kept stating he was off at 5! He was having exceptional difficulty with reassembly too! After he left, I figured I’d go ahead and dry a load of clothes and just ignore the noise best I could. It was clearly not put back together well at all, not wired back correctly, I even saw a silver apparatus at the back inside of the dryer that was facing backward and the control panel was not on correctly.
