Our ac unit was not cooling correctly and need attention quickly. Bob Jay’s checked every box for us! From customer service, to communication, all the way to the end of resolving our ac issues, this company is the best! Pat and Tammy have built a remarkable company founded on Christian morales and values and taking care of their customers and their needs. I called yesterday morning and shortly after lunch, Jimmy and Brandon were on site to resolve our problem! They were professional and efficient and had our system working quickly. My unit began blowing warm air and after calling the business I normally use and them telling me they couldn't get out until late Monday, I called Bob Jay's as they are one of 2 authorized dealers for the HVAC brand I have. Jimmy was here within 30 minutes. He did a thorough check of the unit and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was professional and personable. Parts are still under warranty. Between the after hours fees, the diagnostic fee, and the labor, I believe the cost was fair and reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future!
