He not only addressed the immediate problem but he cleared the entire drainage system from the trouble location to the City sewage system. He tested his work twice to ensure there was proper drainage. Not only is Dustin competent and reliable, he is pleasant, respectful, and preforms his work with cheerful enthusiasm.
