I called late one afternoon with a couple of plumbing issues that I needed addressed. By mid- morning the next day, Dennis and his apprentice were at my door. They worked quickly and efficiently all while keeping me informed about what was happening. While tackling one of my issues, they discovered that my water heater wasn’t vented, which could have possibly lead to a deadly situation. Although it wasn’t planned initially, they tackled that task as well and left me feeling much safer. Both men were kind, personable, and hard-working. They definitely earned their pay today! The office staff was friendly and accommodating in rescheduling to fit my needs. The service tech was pleasant and professional. He explained issues and recommendation to my understanding.

After calling for help they arrived and went right to work. They stayed busy locating my problem. There was a lot of noise and they shut the door to this small hot room not to bother me more than necessary. The job took two days and was completed satisfactorily. Isaiah and his crew are hardworking courteous, and friendly. If/when I have another plumbing problem, Frank's will be my choice and I will be requesting Isaiah and his crew.
