A tenant called to let me know the drains were backing up at one of my rental properties. After calling a couple of local businesses, and being told that they could not get anybody out on the same day, I called Mr. Rooter. Within two hours of my call, Gage, a drain specialist, arrived at my address. Gage was very kind, and professional. He assessed the situation and started working to remedy the problem. He performed the drain cleaning services, and diagnosed the problem was in the city main. He was 100% correct in his diagnosis, and the city was contacted and came to clear the main in the alley.
