Clay (Project Manager) decided it would be a good idea to invite himself over and inspect a roof. The homeowner (myself) did not give permission or was even aware they were on the property. Stay away from this company.

I will say out of all the roofing contractors I called for an estimate they were one of the three that actually showed. The salesmen was friendly but unprofessional.From my experience dealing with insurance It's best to get a second opinion on damages. The guy NEVER got on my roof to look for damage. Insurance already had paid me a check for siding and the roof. His estimate was for all but a few hundred dollars. Refused to talk with insurance and said he had a guy to do siding and he would do it for what $ was left over from the roof. If I was nieve and fell for that I would have a new roof with holes in my siding.

I had a guy come to my house to see about putting a roof on. I showed him my paperwork and he said he could do it. He said he would contact me in a couple of days. So I waited 2 days and never heard from him. I called the office and told them and they had him call me. He said he would come by Saturday. I said that's fine. Come Saturday he text me and told me he couldn't make it due to personal reasons and I said that is fine. He said he would come by Monday to do the roof paperwork. I still haven't heard from him as of today. I would not recommend this company at all.
