I just had Jasper do a lot of work on a commercial building that's been vacant for a few years, and they were fantastic. Very helpful every step of the way and got me all fixed up. I really appreciate them! Services: Toilet repair, Plumbing leak detection, Faucet repair, Water heater repair, Faucet installation, Plumbing leak repair
Not good for residential jobs unless your willing to pay in full immediately after the job is done. A guy named Mitch had agreed to let me pay out on my bathroom remodel. They screwed up part of the job, which was fine because they fixed it, but my sub-contractor working on the bathroom cut ties with him after it. Because of that, when they finished the bathroom they demanded all the money I owed on the spot. Were rude to me and my wife about it. Hung around like hired muscle like they could beat it out of us. Again, if you’re looking for a good residential plumber, these guys ain’t it.
Did a great job, very professional and was flexible to complete work I needed done. Would highly recommend.
