I would give zero stars if I could. They came to our house for an “inspection”. They did their normal pressure test, but instead of turning the gas back into our home, he left EVERY SINGLE gas appliance off, and failed to inform us. He then unhooked the customer side of the gas meter and then DISCONNECTED the ATMOS side of the meter, that is not their responsibility or their call to disconnect from ATMOS side of the meter, and caused a massive gas leak, again not telling us that any of this was going on and goodness knows how much rain got into the line since it was completely disconnected . If there was any safety concerns the “plumber” should have called ATMOS to put a lock on our natural gas for where we had to call ATMOS to get it turned back on. After all this he told the sellers there was a gas Leak and quoted us $500 to fix it, for a quarter turn of a gas leak, but since he disconnected everything he was wanting more money to fix the things that he broke. Avoid this place at all
