Patrick heating & air conditioning

The property manager for the place we rent uses them for some reason. We have had to have them out 3 times in 4 months and they seem to tear up more than they fix. Still not sure how they damaged pipes and a drain in an upstairs bathroom while snaking a drain in the down stairs bathroom, but they did.

Patrick Heating & Air is a fantastic company. I don't know how they've managed to fill the company with awesome people but they have. From the person who answers the phone to the person who comes to do the work, they're all kind, friendly, and so helpful. They are my go-to company for anything HVAC or plumbing. Let me start by saying these guys are awesome. I had a big job that required changing out my main gas and water lines, along with installing a new water heater. What seemed like a big task for me, these guys were able to knock it out in just two days. Not only was the job done right but after collecting bids from over ten competitors, they were the fairest price out there.
