Terrible experience.. I had to finish the work myself. I would not recommend them to work on your roof. If I wouldn't of check my vents. Then bad things would of happened. The vents were not connected in the Attic. They didn't even bother check on it. The roofer put nails on the outside of the shingles. REALLY? Overall experience, not a satisfied customer
I have been using West Texas Roofing since 2007 and I have rent houses in Pampa. Jim usually calls me if he sees that we may be catching hail. They have roofed all my rent houses and the job is always excellent with no hidden surprises. You could not ask to work with a more friendlier or experienced company!!!
West Texas Roofing was prompt with an inspection, an estimate and a complete roof replacement with top quality shingles. They corresponded with the insurance company and handled all the paperwork from start to completion of the job. Allstate insurance was also very prompt with claim payment and keeping us informed with every step through the entire process. I would recommend West Texas Roofing and Allstate Insurance. Bryan Brown is the best, 2 ???????? ????????????
