I called and some man answered and seemed to be in a rush. He advised me they charge $99 just to come out and provide an estimate. Taken back a sec I confirmed, "You charge $99 just to take a ...?" He seemed to cut me off and state, "Yes, I just said that." That was very rude.

asked if someone could come by the next morning to look at my Unit and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. The staff member that took my call was extremely kind from start to finish. I received​ a call about 8:05 the next morning and Corey arrived about 40 minutes later. Corey introduced himself right off the bat and went straight to looking for the issue. We had several questions about our unit and setup and he was very knowledgeable​ and easy to talk to. He didn’t act like he was in a hurry or didn’t want to answer our questions at all. He took the time to wander around and look at some things with us and give his expert opinion.
