Bearded Brothers Roofing & Restoration

Hi! My name is Micah Williams. I was recently hired by Bearded Brothers and worked for 1 week before they fired me for carpooling with my coworker. My coworker and I live just a few minutes away from one another and he was very gracious in helping me until next week. I have traveled to work with a mixture of his help and ubering. Jessica and Josh/Jeremy told me that I couldn't carpool (something they cannot control). And proceeded to fire me for carpooling (see attached picture). I have never been late, my coworker has not expressed that he didn't want to give me a ride, and I have never missed a day. Nothing to support "unreliable transportation." Carpooling is a very normal thing to do to work, especially since we will be working in teams. I am also not the only person traveling to work without their own car, but only I was let go. This leads me to believe that their issue with me is something else. Be it my black skin or otherwise, I don't know but I'm feeling discriminat

I really wanted to see how a drone taking pictures could evaluate my roof. When Colton came out for our appointment, he showed me their website and quickly got into the details from their drone footage. He showed me the damage that was recorded and then climbed up onto the roof to take a professional look. He honestly told me that there was some damage, but probably not enough to do a claim right now. I appreciate his honesty and the no pressure sales tactics. And now, I have historical roof photos in the cloud that I can access for future use.

Joseph and bearded brothers was amazing . They took care of me from point a -z , I highly recommend them. They even do a drone report and use ai technology instead of climbing on your roof. It's cool because they give you access to a portal after and you can save all your maintence history on it.
