With an emergency under-sink leak in my kitchen earlier this week, I went down the list of Arlington-area plumbers on Google, calling each one, and being turned down by each for same-day service. Then I reached Best Value Plumbing and Master Plumber John Thatcher. John, who was already busy with other jobs, MADE time to come out and take care of my problem. He has been out twice now, even fixing a couple of problems he didn't even charge me for. He has been totally accommodating to my schedule, and he did the required faucet replacement in a timely, thorough, professional manner - and at a reasonable price. John is a dependable, no-nonsense, get-the-job-done-right professional who takes and returns phone calls, and who shows up when he says he's going to and does what he says he's going to do.
