Due to the Texas winter Storm here in Fort Worth Texas 2/19/21 my Granny had a burst pipe under the house. Randy came out one day assets the problem and came out the next and repaired it in such a timely manor and great work might I add. That’s Chick-fil-A customer service at its best. The Feburary 2021 Texas freeze caused our pipes to burst resulting in our garage flooding with water, called and Handy Randy's Handyman Service was taking care of us within the hour. Handy Randy's Handyman Service just became our go to plumbers and go to electricians for life. Outstanding service!! Outstanding service!! Outstanding service!!

I was provided his number from the Nextdoor app. I was trying to get an estimate for having a piece of door frame replaced. He cancelled the morning of the appointment and showed up late the next day for the next. Although this was a relatively simple job to do, I asked for something in writing to ensure the scope of work being done and the cost involved. I was informed they don’t provide estimates for something that simple and when I even texted asking to confirm the scope of work I needed done there was no reply. I would never, and I mean NEVER hire this guy for anything.
