I can’t say how great this company is, James S. Was so helpful assisted me through all the insurance process gave me constant updates and had my roof up in 1 week after the insurance approved the work. Thank you James for all your hard work now I can’t wait to get my Solar done with you.
Over promise, no delivery. They over promised at the beginning the inspection that the roof damage will be covered by insurance company 100% and no out of pocket expense, however, after the claim was filed, and claim was declined by insurance, then it took weeks and months to get their response for additional reports, supporting materials etc. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
