3.5 years ago they installed a new roof. They never removed the old felt, just added more felt. The kept over 700.00 that was for other repairs that were never done. I would not let them roof a dog house! Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation
Over promise, no delivery. They over promised at the beginning the inspection that the roof damage will be covered by insurance company 100% and no out of pocket expense, however, after the claim was filed, and claim was declined by insurance, then it took weeks and months to get their response for additional reports, supporting materials etc. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
