Mr. Electric of Arlington

Called late at night and they had someone out first thing in the morning. He repaired the issue I was having and got it done quicker than he said he would. My only complaint and the reason for four stars would be that it was a little expensive for something that ended up being a simple fix.

Our experience with customer service was good and the technician came out promptly. We had 2 porch lights that stopped working, he ended up saying a wire had just come loose so he reconnected it and all worked…. Then charged us $379 for this “just reconnecting this wire”. We won’t use again due to price. Also, price was not discussed prior to him doing the work even though he said “I will figure out what is wrong and let you know cost”. Then came back and said it was fixed. Service: General repairs

The office personnel was friendly, informative and they went out of their way to provide amazing customer service. My original appointment was scheduled for the following day, but the young lady was able to get the technician to our office within 30 minutes of my call. David the technician was friendly, patient, and of course knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you Mr. Electric
