Mr. Electric of Arlington

Called late at night and they had someone out first thing in the morning. He repaired the issue I was having and got it done quicker than he said he would. My only complaint and the reason for four stars would be that it was a little expensive for something that ended up being a simple fix.

Warren came out on a Sunday and did an excellent job! He was quick and thorough and installed a whole home surge protector to give us a peace of mind and to protect us from anymore detrimental surges. I will definitely only use Mr. Electric for any of my electrician needs.

What a scam...! Avoid this company due to over charging. After getting a price of over 700 to install 3 bath vanity lights, I paid the 40 trip charge and saved about 600 using a different licensed electrician. Beware, they tried to gouge me with ridiculous prices. I asked the dispatcher what the rates are, they said they don't have rates; only flat fees. The electrician showed up, gave me a quote, I tried to negotiate; he said he was charging per the company rates. Someone lied to me.. I don't deal with liars. And after all of that, I had to pay a 40 trip charge! I call that being cheated!
