I set an appointment in the middle of this past week for today (a Saturday) between 8 am and 10 am. No call, no show, and couldn't provide an ETA when I called in after 10 am. If they had at least called to say they were running late and/or provided an ETA, I would have been more understanding. I value promptness, keeping your word, and strong communication. They failed on all three.
The office personnel was friendly, informative and they went out of their way to provide amazing customer service. My original appointment was scheduled for the following day, but the young lady was able to get the technician to our office within 30 minutes of my call. David the technician was friendly, patient, and of course knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you Mr. Electric
Home was experiencing electrical surges. Individual on phone at office was knowledgeable and arranged for a diagnostic appointment within two days.
