I would definitely use this company again for my future Roofing needs and recommend to my family and friends. I used Dustin with James Kate roofing after I saw the work his company did on my brother's house. His company is not a fly by the night company, they are strictly professional with high integrity. You may find other roofers that are cheaper but do not provide the same high quality work. I truly believe that Dustin cares about his customers and his employees. We highly recommend James Kate Construction. Our rep Bryan was exceptional. From day one he was up front about everything. Educated us on what we needed to do to get our roof replaced. Was available basically 24/7 for whatever crazy questions we had and worked with us on the financial side as well. When they came out to replace the roof, we got texts days in advance when they'd be coming instead of just showing up like some contractors do. The crews that came out were very professional and polite. They made sure nothing would get broke, moved what needed to be moved, covered the rose bushes etc. Nothing got damaged except the old roof :) If you need a roof replaced this is the construction company to use. We had lots of questions for Eric and he was always willing to answer our questions in person. Once all the details were taken care of, the installation of the roof couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Eric and his crew did a great job installing the roof from set up to clean up.
