We highly recommend James Kate Construction. Our rep Bryan was exceptional. From day one he was up front about everything. Educated us on what we needed to do to get our roof replaced. Was available basically 24/7 for whatever crazy questions we had and worked with us on the financial side as well. When they came out to replace the roof, we got texts days in advance when they'd be coming instead of just showing up like some contractors do. The crews that came out were very professional and polite. They made sure nothing would get broke, moved what needed to be moved, covered the rose bushes etc. Nothing got damaged except the old roof :) If you need a roof replaced this is the construction company to use. Dustin was fantastic throughout the entire process...he communicated with my insurance company’s adjuster, he was fast to respond to the insurance company’s requests for photos of damage to my roof, and then he met with the insurance company’s contractor at my house to walk the roof and help show him the hail damage. He always quickly returned phone calls and texts when I had questions or concerns. He took time out of his busy schedule and also rearranged his schedule when possible to help me get the new roof put on before my closing date. The new roof looks beautiful! I highly recommend James Kate Roofing and will use them again if I need a new roof in the future.
