Gary was professional, put shoe slippers on before entering my home. Made sure we understood everything he was doing and answered our questions. He also was very polite/ friendly. So glad HMS was able to check our AC. We had been having issues with it not cooling properly and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly.
