They were passionate about getting on the schedule that worked for me to be there for them, as well as had very good communication about times, updates and what to expect. Jason was our plumber. He was knowledgeable, attentive, very sociable. He cleaned up after himself which was a blessing to me. Stephen Lopez was awesome. He took the time to show me what the issue was with my water heater, how to prevent it in the future, and explained what repair he did and why. He answered all my other questions about the insulation and pipes running into my water heater, which was above and beyond the scope. He also told me about maintenance steps I should take to prolong the life of my heater. I really appreciated his diligence and professionalism.
