Excellent experience with Alamo Austin for an AC replacement. I was impressed with the thorough proposal, responsiveness, and installation. No, they were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive, but they offered the most comprehensive service and explanations that included some physical and electrical adjustments needed for optimal efficiency of the unit. Really great advice. They also were the only proposal I received of 4 that mentioned environmental stewardship. I am thrilled to have AC again! I fully recommend Alamo Air. Alamo Austin Air and team is great!! Ivan was our technician and he was efficient, honest, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything throughout the process. He answered all my questions and also taught me things I didn’t know about my AC unit. I’ve told my friends and family about my experience and looking forward to spreading the word.

I Googled "Honest AC Repairmen" and was presented with stellar reviews from Alamo Austin Air. I figured I'd give them a shot after dealing with a few negative experiences through Thumbtack and I'm glad I did. I was expecting the diagnosis to be "coil" or "you need a new AC unit" but to my surprise the original fix was changing the filters but then went the extra route and did some other fixes. Needless to say, these guys are awesome and are my new go to's. Service: HVAC system repair
