One of this company’s technicians just let a clients dog out. Said dog viciously attacked an elderly woman’s old small dog. The technician then yelled at the old woman and talked to her in a threatening manner. I witnessed the entire episode. Shame on this organization for hiring such people.
Horrible decision. Ac was replaced with one year warranty. Ac wasn’t functioning correctly, company was called. Tech came out and didn’t fix/replaced anything and stated what it “could” be. Company receptionist called and was very unprofessional asking for 100+ payment and card information. Rude people and they never informed me that there would be a charge for trying to use the 1 yr warranty, instead they charged it as a diagnostic fee. Not honest people!
Nelson, Luis and Ulises were amazing. Punctual, professional and personable. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
