The installer arrived on time and immediately went to work removing my old unit and installing the new system. He was very patient with me and kept me informed as to the progress. He worked non-stop, cleaning as he went until he had the new unit functioning perfectly. He loaded all of the old unit in his truck and cleaned up outside. Amazing service!! They installed our HVAC system about 3 years ago and it's been running perfectly. However, last night our AC stopped working. Called Service Wizard this morning at 8:30am they had a tech on site at 10:15am. Replaced a bad transformer that was under warranty and we are back in the cool AC again. Highly recommend!
