I don’t write reviews very often but had to leave a 5 star review for how quick, friendly and responsive Service Wizard was from my initial reach out. They arrived first business day after a holiday weekend in the middle of summer. Kevin Powell was my technician and he was top notch! Very kind, knowledgeable and solution oriented in addressing my issue with my unit. His patience and ingenuity afforded me a temporary fix to my unit so that it would buy me time in replacing the entire unit later down the line, saving me thousands. Aside from his service, while he was checking and making repairs and recommendations, Kevin took the time to teach me about my unit, what the issues were and what potential solves might be and also showed me some tips and tricks to maintain my unit year around to preserve it as best as possible.
