Austin Pro puts the “Pro” in “Professional”! The definition of “You get what you pay for”. They likely aren’t the cheapest, but their prices are not outlandish. We got several quotes, but decided to go with Austin Pro because of their strong and honest communication and no nonsense straight-forward pricing. They are super prompt and easy to contact if you have questions or concerns. It took awhile for the project to start, but we understood that given how busy they are. Certainly, not looking to rush these kinds of jobs anyway. We had all of our siding replaced and painted. My roof had a huge hole by the chimney. It was obvious when I moved in that water had been leaking down for some time. You could see a tarp on the roof which flapped in the wind. What a mess! But who has money for roof repair when they just bought a house?! As a female, first time home-owner; I've overpaid for almost every repair on my house so far. These guys are the best, definitely recommend! Tracy worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, both for style and price. The crew was very professional: arrived on time, worked hard all day, meticulous installation, great cleanup when the job was done. The house is much more comfortable and quieter - I didn't realize how much neighborhood noise was coming through the old single pane windows! New windows are a great investment and Austin Pro is the contractor to go with! 01.27.2021 UPDATE: Austin Pro has now done windows for my son's house, PLUS windows, siding, and paint for a rental property. All the work was absolutely first class: from prep to clean-up & punch list, everything was handled very well. Each crew is great!
