I could not find his name in your listing of employees. Matt was very professional, knowledgeable in his field, explained everything he found that could be improved in my old system, 18 yrs, i agree with him. Also my system still works, but it may suddenly break down. Everything he said, he showed me with pictures or a recorder indicating (bad). Sometimes the rust, heat,... indicating he is right. Then he explained the company services and policies in detail, i liked that, i promised him i will be a member to receive the services and discounts. He is a good, knowledgeable, honest employee.

It's hard to find a man of his word these days--almost seems too good to be true. Not so today. Martin, Service Manager for Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning, alongside his installers Berny and Josue, delivered on every promise. From the first meeting to the end of a very long and trying day for them, they are courteous, respectful, kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, excellent communicators (they listen to my questions and concerns!), and do not stop until every last problem is solved. They dug deep and found things that needed straightening out, problems that they had nothing to do with. They were simply representing their company with pride and excellence. I will absolutely use them again, no matter what the need might be. I recommend them without reservation! Ross came over right on time which was amazing, being such short notice. He came in, assessed the situation and resolved in less than an hour. Saved us money on a leaking hose that was connected to our toilet. Very professional and courteous! Would highly recommend them for another job!
