Brad came out to my house on a freezing December morning and replaced my owner cutoff valve at the street. He's super no nonsense, so if you're looking for touchy feely, go talk to the guy walking the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. One of the faucets he replaced in the bathroom wasn't working properly a few days later and he came back the same day I called to replace the part and did not charge us for parts or labor.
