Willi Roofing Services replaced my rental property’s roof in Austin Texas January 2017 as part of a property insurance claim. Just 7 years later, the new roof started leaking in the master bedroom. To his credit, Tom Willi came by to examine the master bedroom ceiling leak. He told me the leak was from the attic vent cap’s design and was not a roof replacement “workmanship problem”. The recent strong winds and rain caused horizontal rain to infiltrate that particular attic vent cap because of its position in the roof. In other words, when he replaced my roof 7 years ago, he claims the new roof that he installed excludes that particular attic vent cap. If you ever consider Willi Roofing Services to replace your roof, please be aware Willi’s new roof excludes attic vent caps. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I highly recommend Willi Roofing. They did an outstanding job replacing the roof of our house and their customer service was top notch. They really took the time to explain to me the process and showed me pictures along the way. Cleanup was also outstanding, no debris or nails left behind.
