Once again Scott did a phenomenal job! My water heater was leaking and was overdue to be replaced. Scott was on time and did an incredible job! He replaced the water heater super fast, I was surprised that it was already done! His customer service, skills and professionalism is impeccable. We have used Champion AC for several years. Our favorite Technician, Bill, is knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He takes time to explain to me what he is doing and why. I like knowing about our units so if the issue arises again, I have an idea in what is going on. It helps me to explain to the front office/scheduler what I’m seeing. The communication between the technician and client is great - calls and texts so you can track exact arrival times. Just the past week we had different issues with both the downstairs and upstairs units. Both times I was able to get quick, reliable service I’ve come to know from Champion AC.
