Professional and punctual technician- came to take a look at my issue. He educated me on things I wasn’t aware about gas lines, city side, etc and also answered all my questions. They were the only company that scheduled me promptly and returned my texts/phone calls in a timely manner. Thank you - I look forward to calling them for any future needs.
Our office plumbing issues were scheduled in a timely fashion. Mike, the technician, arrived shortly after the designated time frame and assessed our needs quickly. We even added a service that was not part of the original service call and Mike picked up what he needed to complete this added on service (toilet replacement) returned to our office and addressed ALL issues in a professional and courteous manor. Would use this company again and recommend asking for Mike!! Thanks Economy Plumbing!!
