Clear Choice Roofing

Our experience with Clear Choice Roofing was a completely positive experience from every aspect of the services. We were pleasantly surprised when the job was basically completed in 1 day (a few "finishing touches" the morning of Day 2, as they were especially attentive to all details regarding their product and our requirements). Our complete tear-off and new roof estimate and final invoice coincided exactly (no surprises). ~ Additionally, due to a slight delay in our available funds, this company did not apply pressure for our payment, yet set a day a few days forward as our payment date. We were referred by my daughter, who also had her roof replaced by Clear Choice, and was also so satisfied that she shared her great experience with us. I chose clear choice for our roof replacement because they were literally the clear choice. We had multiple companies come out that took days to get back to me with bids and could not get us on the schedule for a month or more. Drew from Clear Choice had a bid for me within a day, and got us on the schedule quickly. The CC team is phenomenal. We had a large cedar elm drop limbs during Austin 'ice age of 2023', causing major damage to two spots in our roof. James spec'd exactly what we needed, including new gutters and a ridge vent and came in at budget with our insurance company and was all done in one day. Five months after the installation we had an issue with some rodent friends getting into sections of the ridge vent where the material failed. I called and within a day I had Carrie and her team onsite to not only replace the failed material but install additional material to mitigate the problem from happening again. This team is professional, timely, intuitive and bring years of roofing AND related experience directly to the customer, something I didn't expect from a roofing company. I would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future before anyone else.
