Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing

This was our first time to use Elite and it was a great experience. The team was at our house very quickly after our initial call and they stayed on the job until after 8pm to make sure we were all taken care of. Great experience would highly recommend these folks!

Super responsive, had availability same day after I requested an appointment. Technician was very friendly even though he had to climb to the roof to get to my tankless water heater. A *lot* of trying to sell me on buying a new water heater instead of fixing the old one even though it’s only 5 years old—like, four separate conversations to try to get me to go that route. Said he wasn’t sure if the manufacturer even made parts for it anymore (even though lifespan is usually 10+ years?). In the end, the unit just needed a flushing and descaling. Would recommend using as long as you are comfortable saying no repeatedly and/or already have done your research about the work that needs to be done.

I couldn’t be happier with Elite. They installed two Mitsubishi Mini Splits for me a couple years ago and do an amazing job. I had a tech out today as we were having an issue with our drain line (not their fault obviously) and the tech recognized the issue and fixed it very quickly. He was clean, efficient and friendly.
