Cool Roofs - Austin

I am own my home in Seguin, TX. We were going to transition from an R-Panel metal roof to a GAF HDZ Timberline composition roof. We assessed the benefit to cost and determined that was the best choice for us. There were some obstacles involved to make this happen. The entire Cool Roof's team jumped in and came up with a game plan. A proposal was given, and we were surprised at the amount of value we would receive for the price that was quoted. Colt Rush, a Cool Roof's consultant, came out and we did a full walk around and needs profile. I was issued a printed roof report with accurate dimensional drawings of what was to be performed. Every detail was discussed and presented on my proposal. Nothing ambiguous or unexplained. My wife and I felt very good about it. When it came time to perform the work, additional issues arose with regard to damage undetectable by visual inspection. The roof had to be removed to see it. I thought it was going to be traumatic.
