Quality Roofing did a great job right from my first interaction. Paul was super responsive, and helped me navigate and insurance claim that I couldn’t understand. They were super efficient day of (I cannot believe a roof replacement can be done in one day!) and they were extremely professional when my neighbor came out yelling at them for the noise during the daytime hours - after 8am and done before 6! We used Quality Roofing Austin in 2021 for a roof replacement due to hail damage. Quality Roofing was responsive, quick, and high quality. They worked with us and submitted paperwork to our insurance carrier. They helped us - and did extensive investigation - to find a custom shingle color. They even came back for minor repairs at a later date to make sure that we were completely happy with the finished product. Taylor and his team are top notch! They really care about the quality of their work, and work with you to explain options. We bought a house with a 30 year old roof, and Taylor walked us through everything he would recommend, while also explaining how we could make it last until we could afford a total replacement. Once we were ready to do it, they organized everything from attic vents, to a mason to fix the chimney, to gutters that would match the stone.
