The owner Taylor and his team were very professional and took the time to fully explain the process of replacing our roof and gutters that had been damaged from hail and wind storms. The project manager provided us with options, which allowed us to feel apart of the process. The team worked very hard and got the job done quickly. Quality Roofing did a great job right from my first interaction. Paul was super responsive, and helped me navigate and insurance claim that I couldn’t understand. They were super efficient day of (I cannot believe a roof replacement can be done in one day!) and they were extremely professional when my neighbor came out yelling at them for the noise during the daytime hours - after 8am and done before 6! We used Quality Roofing Austin in 2021 for a roof replacement due to hail damage. Quality Roofing was responsive, quick, and high quality. They worked with us and submitted paperwork to our insurance carrier. They helped us - and did extensive investigation - to find a custom shingle color. They even came back for minor repairs at a later date to make sure that we were completely happy with the finished product.
