I had raccoon damage and the Insurance company only wanted to patch the hole, but the QRA rep explained there was also hail damage and worked with my insurance company to have the whole roof replaced. The owner Taylor and his team were very professional and took the time to fully explain the process of replacing our roof and gutters that had been damaged from hail and wind storms. The project manager provided us with options, which allowed us to feel apart of the process. The team worked very hard and got the job done quickly.
