We had 2 new water heaters, a water purification system and a new PRV installed - it was a lot of work. The team (Richard, Brent, Wil, Wyatt, Blaine & Andrew) was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to walk me through everything. As they did the work, they came across other issues that needed addressing and I appreciated their honesty and professionalism in sharing what needed to be fixed and why. They started early and stayed late to finish the job. Each of these guys was awesome and I’m super thankful for all of their expertise and help! Great experience so far!! AC quit Friday of Labor Day weekend. Called Goettl Saturday morning. Customer service staff was excellent! Promised service by Sunday morning but worked us in Saturday afternoon! Excellent service from Jared Stogner! Efficient, professional, informative. Got us up and running quickly. Unit old so we asked re replacement. Told us options without any pressure including repair only, replacement plus repair, replacement only. Will absolutely use them again, starting with scheduling for new unit. If you are having trouble with your ac or plumbing problems look no further. Goettl dispatched Joshua ( very smart service technician who was really friendly and helpful )to come to my house and figure out what was wrong with my air conditioner....turns out I needed a new unit..the loan application was easy and I was quickly accepted..the next day I had 2 young brothers ( Andres and Carlos ) on time and eager to get the job done the right way..I was so impressed with those young men, they were very nice, smart, and very polite..they went above and beyond not cutting any corners and did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!! THIS COMPANY IS VERY AMAZING I DEFINITELY WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL REFER THEM TO EVERYONE..
