Working with Elite Roofing for the last six months has been wild. I'm so glad they were on my team. My roof had some damage and Elite Roofing was recommended by one of my insurance companies. They did an assessment and recommended a complete roof replacement. I immediately filed a claim with my home insurance and then began a game of back and forth about whether the roof needed to be replaced or repaired. Joel worked with me the entire time. His team dealt with several changes of adjusters and advocated on behalf for the best possible outcome. Just when we thought we may have to dig in deep and fight for what we wanted a hail storm hit. We changed strategies, filed a separate claim and were finally approved for a complete roof replacement. Just when we thought things couldn't get any harder--it was my solar company's turn to give us the run around.
