I am impressed with my new air conditioner! Nick, my salesperson, is such a professional in this field. Jack kept my old A/c running at no additional charge while my new unit was on order. I was so grateful for that. Installation day was flawless! I highly recommend Grayson Electrical!

Had an appointment. Never was called and told they had to reschedule even though it was an emergency appt I made. Called and Paula was rude saying they called between 3:15 and 6:15 to tell me that their electrician was on a major commercial call and that the next available appointment was Thursday. But yet I told them I had an emergency that my outlet shot flames and melted the outlet and blew the breaker to that outlet as well as my stove and refrigerator. So yeah don’t use them if you have an emergency. But dependable at all. Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation
